About Us
A modern approach to finance

We are big believers that today’s challenges necessitate a modern approach to a company’s finance function and to rethink how it can deliver value.

We refuse to only be your consultant who may analyze the status quo or provide recommendations on potential solutions. We take it one step further and take pride in our hands-on consulting approach.

As a real growth partner, we desire to help you unlock your full potential and be there with you on the ground, especially during intense phases. From our prior experience, we know how tough it can be for founders and executives to run fast growing businesses, and we are there to provide actionable support and take some weight off your shoulders.

We have a deep understanding of value creation from our prior work with private equity investors, as well as corporates and angel investors. We combine this with our first-hand experiences of what is needed to pull off financing rounds as well as other transactions such as divestments or company sales both from an inside view of a tech-company as well as from an advisor’s position. Thus, we know what matters in these situations and what is needed to get the most out of it pre and post transaction.
